Fire Marshal Representative Election Ballots Mailed December 30th

Ballots were mailed to each active Fire Marshal's residence by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) on Thursday, December 30th, and must be returned to the AAA by 9am on Friday, January 14th. ONLY active Fire Marshals are eligible to vote.

1. If You Don't Receive a Ballot by January 5th... Active Fire Marshals who do not receive a ballot by Wednesday, January 5th, must call the AAA directly at (800) 529-5218, M-F 9am to 5pm. Give your residence address and assigned unit (not your detail assignment). A new ballot will be placed in the mail on the same day you call. Ballots will be counted by the AAA on January 14th with oversight of the Election Committee, which is comprised of one member representing each borough, and the UFA Recording Secretary.

2. Ballots Return Deadline is January 14th Your ballot must be received at the AAA by 9am on January 14th. The results will be certified and announced later that day.
