The 5th Annual Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Run will draw at least 10,000 participants, thousands more spectators, a national television audience, and raise enough to continue an organization that has already donated well over $1 million to various causes, including the New York Foundling Hospital and the FDNY Burn Center at New York-Cornell Hospital. Registration: $40
Pasta Dinner at the World Financial Center Winter Garden on Sat, Sept 23rd, 7pm. $10 for adults, children under 12 are free. Entertainment by The Temptations, Fireworks afterward by Grucci.
Current and retired Firefighters are needed in dress uniform on Sunday to hold photo banners of the 343 lost Brothers inside the tunnel while the race is going on. If you'd like to volunteer, call FF Rob Vogt at 917-359-4252 or FF Brian Minardo at 718 682-1176.
