1. 7th Annual "Forever Running" Memorial Run
On Sunday, June 15th, at Deer Park in Long Island there will be a 5K Run/Walk at 10am & Mile Kids Fun Run at 9:30am. 5K Pre-registration fee: $15, for children grades K-12, $10. Kids Fun Run: FREE. Fee includes special awards, raffle prizes, carnival entertainment & a family barbecue. All proceeds benefit the DC Ray Downey Scholarship Charity Fund. 2. FDNY Emerald Society Sunset Cruise
On Thursday, June 26th the cruise will begin boarding at 7:30pm from Circle Line Pier 83(W. 42nd & 12th Ave.) Tickets: $40 in advance, $50 on day of cruise, includes music by "The Square Rooters," food & drinks. 4. 5th Annual Lt. Thomas Kelly (E-219/L-105) Memorial Golf Outing
Friday, August 15th at Cherry Creek Golf Links, Riverhead, NY. Tickets: $160.00 includes practice range, gift, BBQ lunch, shotgun start, golf & cart, refreshments on the course, dinner, open bar, prizes & awards. Registration begins at 10:30am, lunch/practice range at 12 noon, shotgun starts at 1:20pm. All proceeds to benefit marine research on Long Island through riverhead fund at Atlantis Marine World.
